Fidelity International has appointed Maxine Kraut White to the newly created role of director, institutional business. She will be based in Brisbane and will report to Tim Connolly, head of institutional for Fidelity in Australia.
In this role Ms Kraut White will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationships with existing clients and developing new relationships with institutional investors in Australia.
Ms Kraut White joins Fidelity International after eight years at Neuberger Berman where she was a senior member of the institutional business across private markets, derivatives, hedge funds, emerging market equity and debt. Prior to this, she spent several years in the institutional team at Invesco based in Melbourne, after her time in New York with Deutsche Bank.
Mr Connolly says Ms Kraut White is highly experienced with a solid track record in the institutional space, and will be a great addition to the team as the firm continues to expand its offerings in the Australian market.

With over 15 years’ experience in this space, she has a deep and thorough understanding of the complex needs of Australian superannuation funds, and will be able to present the most appropriate solutions to prospective and current clients.

Ms Kraut White holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of the Sunshine Coast, and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation.
